As the Manager of Business Process Re-Engineering at LTC Partners, a large-scale insurance and benefits administrator, Chris leads a process improvement team that focuses on delivering speed, quality, and best-in-class service to customers. Chris designed and guides a seven-point improvement process to define issues, quickly implement change, and foster a continual improvement culture.

Chris holds a Black Belt designation in Lean Six Sigma methodology, as well as certifications in process improvement tactics and organizational change management.  In this role, Chris led procurement, implementation, and adoption of an enterprise-wide workflow software tool, which is designed to improve service and operational capability. Chris oversees company-wide development and support of the platform, and is a member of and contributor to a national insurance user group, which includes several large-scale insurance providers, sellers, and administrators.

Chris is also a small business owner and real estate investor. His business, Vibe Salon and Day Spa in Bedford, New Hampshire, offers a full line of high-end beautification services. Under his leadership, the business continues to grow and has supported the purchase and development of a commercial property in one of the busiest locations in New Hampshire.

A former touring and studio musician, Chris privately taught percussion, piano, and guitar to nearly 100 students of all ages and skill levels on the New Hampshire seacoast for 16 years. He continues to tutor a small group of students on piano and guitar as a hobby.

In addition, Chris is a frequent guest speaker at Great Bay Community College’s Intro to Business course, where he shares his career and education experiences to encourage lifelong learning and inspire students to challenge themselves, both professionally and personally. He also mentors local high school students through career exploration programs.

Previous to his current endeavors, Chris held various positions in marketing and service, and enjoyed various entrepreneurial ventures, including custom drum building, studio recording, and marketing consultation.

Chris is a graduate of Granite State College and Great Bay Community College, with degrees in both management and marketing.

Chris resides in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with his wife Rachel, and their two daughters, Marin and Margot.
